Greg Herskowitz
Greg has lived in Miami his entire life, and currently lives in Miami with his wife and three kids. His wife, Jennifer, is an attorney who works as a law clerk at the Third District Court of Appeal.
After earning his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida in 1994, Greg attended the University of Miami School of Law and graduated cum laude in 1997, earning his Juris Doctor degree. Greg was admitted to the Florida Bar that same year and has been practicing law in South Florida ever since.
Greg began his career at the Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s Office, where he litigated thousands of cases, including, but not limited to, cases involving violent felony crimes. After serving the community, Greg went into private practice and, in 2001, started his own law firm and decided to primarily focus on residential and commercial real estate transactions. Seeing a need for better communication and customer service in this field, Greg developed a process which streamlines the real estate transaction from start to finish. Greg has handled thousands of residential and commercial real estate transactions throughout the State of Florida. He has handled the acquisitions of hotels, multi-family commercial buildings, shopping malls, homes, condominiums, boat slips, and vacant land. Greg has represented developers, banks, corporations, investors, foreign national buyers and sellers, individual home buyers and sellers, and relocation companies. Greg's passion and commitment to his clients and dedication to customer service is unparalleled, and he is relentless in his pursuit of a “perfect closing experience.” Greg also has maintained the same staff of paralegals for many years ensuring the consistency, reliability and efficient communication that Greg works so hard to provide to his clients.
